homemade hummus


homemade hummus recipe
(gluten free, dairy free, vegan)

1 can organic chick peas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp tahini **optional

1. throw all ingredients (except oil & paprika) into a
blender or food processor.

2. add water slowly to get desired consistency

3. dress with olive oil & paprika on individual servings!

serve with fresh or roasted veggies
